<a:RelocatableDiv>

Due an firefox bug (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=329548), the z-index of an absolute positioned div was not honor if it generated inside a inline (ie, position != absolute) container div that has the overflow style set. Changing the div's parent to a regular div removes the effects from the original parent element.
