<a:PageWrapper>

AWPageWrapper is a simple, low-level wrapper for page-level component content. It will emit the standard doctype, html, head, and body tags, optionally wrap its content in an AWForm, and includes the AW JavaScript libraries necessary for AJAX refresh.
